What are my shipping options? 

 

We ship worldwide via Shipping Express. Standard shipping for all domestic orders is free with delivery within 7 business days from shipping from our store. Meanwhile, Priority Shipping is on us for all orders over $100. If Shipping Express fails to deliver your package during the guaranteed time period, please contact us after your package has been delivered. 

 

Priced shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Fees are based on region and weight. View our shipping policy for other details. 

 

I have to return an item, Do I have to pay for return shipping? 

 

If your return meets our policy and if you choose a refund, we will e-mail you a return shipping label and the cost of the return label will be withheld from your refund amount. If you choose store credit, you can put the cost of your returned item to a future order.

How do I cancel or change my order? 

 

As soon as you place your order, we begin processing it. Therefore, we are unable to change or cancel orders. Please know our return policy to initiate a return if you wish to return goods. The terms and conditions for returns will apply.
